I admit: I'm a shoddy fan. I have been to two Mysteriums, I know a lot of other fans, I've posted a lot, yaddayadda. But there hasn't been a single Myst or Uru game where I didn't cheat at least in some limited way. I just don't have the patience and attention span to actually, gasp, solve puzzles properly!
While I probably would appreciate the feeling of accomplishment solving a puzzle on my own entails, I prefer to actually experience an age in its beauty and vastness. I like to just walk around, discover, explore, fiddle around. Unusual, perhaps.
In any case, what this also means is that, to my embarrassment, I get a lot of details wrong, and when you see me contributing to MYSTlore, don't assume that my edits are 100% accurate — they might very well be completely wrong.
So occasionally, I'll step back and be more of the technical guy from the backstage who just keeps things running. ;-)

- I have written a number of extensions and customized some existing ones. Several of mine only make sense in MYSTlore's context (or that of a Myst Universe site, anyway), such as for D'ni text and numeral input.
- I occasionally blog about MYSTlore.
- I also have a horrible tendency to forget marking minor edits of mine as, y'know, minor. Oops.
