Phil's Relto is the Relto belonging to Phil Henderson of the DRC.

Unlike the average explorer's Relto, the sun in Phil's Relto is lowered, and the moons are quite visible in the darkened sky. Periodic rainstorms interrupt the otherwise pleasant environment.

There are 36 linking books secured in Phil's Relto bookshelf, many of which have not been released to the general explorer population. Unfortunately, the Relto bookshelf only responds to the owner's touch, so the contents of the books remain a tantalizing mystery.

Phil's Relto closet is also inaccessible by visitors.
