Mee-Dis War

The Mee-Dis War happened in D'ni around 7000 DE (656 BC), in the Era of Lords. It is unknown what Mee-Dis actually refers to: a people, a place or something else. Outsiders invaded D'ni and attempted to destroy the Guild of Book Makers and the Guild of Ink Makers, nearly succeeding in their aims. It would later be discovered that "conservative factions had led to the start of the Mee-Dis War"[1].
The only references available to explorers which mention the Mee-Dis War are the DRC notebooks on Yableshan and Kerath. The Yableshan notebook refers to a D'ni book called How They Came; A Detailed Look at what started the Mee-Dis War, which was written in 7201 DE (455 BC) by Jamen.
